Karen has been an aerobics instructor for over 20 years and has taught everything from floor aerobics to Body Pump.  Karen currently teaches yoga, and is certified to teach pilates, spinning, and is also a Personal Trainer.  Karen is a Registered Nurse, and has always had an interest in health, wellness, and nutrition.  Karen enjoys teaching a challenging class, but always provides modifications for the beginner as well as the intermediate and advanced student.  Karen lives in the Abingdon area with her family, and 2 dogs.
