Yoga Conditioning/ Power Vinyasa

Power Vinyasa is a strengthening form of yoga in which the body flows energetically through poses that tone and build muscle.  Students learn to utilize the breath as a source of stability and rhythm, connecting their breathing to their movements. This type of yoga is both an invigorating and revitalizing form of physical fitness. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio and physical and mental stamina in one session.  Each class offers a variety of asanas designed to strengthen the body and the mind.
