Flow Yoga for Beginners & Intermediate Students

This class teaches the philosophies of yoga along with teaching basic yoga postures on which to build a healthy practice.  Students learn how to incorporate breath work and movement, proper alignment, and increase strength in the body.  If you have been thinking about trying yoga, this one is for you.  This is a class that is tailored for first-time students or newly practicing yogis.  Also appropriate for those who have been practicing for some time but are wishing to revisit the fundamentals.
